The aim of our “Outdoor Adventure Programme” is to engage young people with autistic spectrum disorders along with their siblings and provide outdoor activities to help develop skills, capacities and capabilities to enable our young people to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible citizens and to improve health and well-being, develop their confidence and social skills.
We are engaging our young people to participate in different outdoor adventure activities that are vital for their growth and development. Young people can reap numerous health benefits from physical activity.
Location: Kilbroney Forest Park (meet at the cafe car park)
Start Time: 2:00pm
Finish Time: 4:00pm
We ask for a contribution of anything from £5 upward for this event
What to Bring: Walking Boots/Shoes or trainers, warm water proof clothing, drink, light snack
